1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products such as briefs, panties, bras, bikinis, and similar intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • No return and no exchange due to hygiene reasons

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product
  2. Share clear images or a short video showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

Return requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • No return and no exchange due to hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Products without original tags or packaging

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
